1. Using TahaKa
TahaKa Language provides tools for language practice. You may use the app’s available learning features without creating an account. Store availability and features may vary by platform and release. This website currently introduces a release in preparation.
2. Learning content
Definitions, examples, translations and practice feedback can contain errors. Treat the app as a study aid. Practice scores are not official qualifications, and TahaKa is not affiliated with language examination providers unless expressly stated with verified evidence.
3. Accounts and responsible use
Use an email account that you control. Keep verification codes private. Do not attempt to access another person’s account, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or misuse content and services. You may delete your account and cloud backup through the app or this website.
4. Ads, rewards and paid offers
The app includes banners and optional rewarded ads. Reward eligibility and study-session costs are shown in the app. Coins, flames and boosts are virtual in-app units; they are not cash or a promise of financial value. A reward is granted only after the app receives the eligible completion signal.
Paid purchases are disabled in the reviewed pre-release app. If enabled later, the store must display the price and applicable purchase/subscription terms before payment. Nothing here removes any non-waivable consumer or refund rights. Deleting an app account does not itself cancel a store subscription.
5. Content and intellectual property
TahaKa branding and original materials belong to their respective rights holders. Openly licensed vocabulary, examples, writing data and fonts remain subject to their original licenses and attribution requirements. See Credits & sources. These terms do not restrict rights granted by those licenses.
6. Availability and your data
Internet-dependent features need a working connection and provider availability. Some content and progress are local to your device. Cloud backup covers only supported categories; keep this limitation in mind before changing or clearing a device. Service interruptions and errors can occur. No promise of uninterrupted availability or a particular learning outcome is made.
7. Changes and contact
Features and these terms may change as the app develops. Updated terms will show their date here. Any material changes should be communicated appropriately before they apply.
